If you have been watching TNA wrestling's Impact broadcast on Thursday nights you may be left scratching your heads at what they have been up to in regards to the creative direction of the company. Hopefully this preview of there pay-per-view on Sunday night entitled 'Slammiversary' XII will get you back on the same page as everyone else trying to understand exactly what they are up to.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship (Steel Cage Match)

Eric Young (C) versus MVP

With EY winning two of three matches he had with MVP, Lashley and King on Thursday's Impact he was able to name a stipulation. He made the match a steel cage contest in the hopes of keeping out MVP's "cronies" from costing him the championship. We are sure that it won't help and MVP will be the new TNA World Champion.

TNA X-Division Championship (Ladder Match)

Sanada (C) versus Tigre Uno versus Manik versus Crazzy Steve (Menagerie) versus Eddie Edwards versus Davie Richards

Yes you read that right both members of the TNA World Tag-Team Champions could fight against each other (again) to try to capture the X-Division title. Well this is what happens when you don't bring back AJ Styles or Chris Sabin. Anyway a new X-Division Champion emerges here as Crazzy Steve takes the belt.

TNA Women's Knockout Championship

Angelina Love (C) w/ Velvet Sky versus Gail Kim

After winning a triple threat on Thursday's Impact Gail Kim moved on to face Love for the title here. Despite that expect that the Beautiful People will make sure to retain the championship.

Samoa Joe versus Bobby Lashley

This match is going to be a battle of two powerhouses. Since Joe has just "returned" again to action expect he will be victorious here.

Austin Aries versus Kenny King

Aries is obviously a more polished wrestler than King, and a former multi-time X-Division Champion. A-Double should get the win in this match.

Texas Death Match

Bully Ray versus Ethan Carter III

The only way ECIII wins this match is if Bully doesn't show up at all. Bully Ray will win this one fairly easily, even with it now being a Texas Death Match.

Mr. Anderson versus James Storm

This brief, oddly pointed feud between these two men started with a drinking contest in which Ken Anderson was drinking "near"-beer and attacked Storm for "revenge." We find it hard to understand what the revenge was for, and Storm should avenge that beat down and take down Anderson.

Willow (Jeff Hardy) w/Abyss  versus Magnus w/Bram

This newly added match will give Magnus some much needed momentum with a win over Hardy's alter ego, but then Hardy added Abyss to his corner swinging the momentum back his way. Despite Hardy's contract is expiring soon he will get a win here.

There will be a special appearance by Kevin Von Erich and his son's Marshall and Ross since 'Slammiversary' emanates from Dallas, Texas. Also TNA President Dixie Carter seems to want to go to war with MVP over control of her company, so expect something to occur as a result of that during the pay-per-view. Plus TNA will announce a third member of the TNA Hall of Fame, which includes Sting and Kurt Angle, probably Jeff Hardy.
