Free Agency officially started at 12:01am today and although it's mostly been very quiet short of the Cleveland Cavaliers signing Kyrie Irving to a max contract.

However, the Wizards are letting their intentions known publicly when Marc Spears of Yahoo reported that Drew Gooden is expected to be re-signed.

Also, Coach Al Harrington!

Gooden accompanies Kevin Seraphin and Andre Miller in bringing the band back one more time. Rumors are floating that even though Trevor Booker's option was not picked up, the Wizards Front Office will still try and retain him via a new contract once the free agency dust settles on main targets, Trevor Ariza and Marcin Gortat.

After a group of Wizards staff went to Poland to court Marcin Gortat, Coach Randy Wittman set off to Los Angeles on Ariza's 29th birthday to attempt to bring him back. Ariza is the biggest question mark so far this off-season because he is so highly coveted, his name being linked on the want list of up to ten teams.

Check back for continuous updates as the free agency day continues.
