Sim Bhullar.

Sim is a 7'5", 355lbs center from the New Mexico State Aggies. In 2 seasons for the Aggies, he 10.4 PPG and 7.8 RPG and OH DID YOU MISS THE PART WHERE HE'S 7 FOOT FIVE AND 355 POUNDS?

Preliminary Non Basketball Pros:

He looks like the Mountain from Game of Thrones

Sim is a cool name and available for all sorts of nicknames. Mt Sim!

He would be the first prominent basketball player of Indian and Sikh descent. He could be the Yao Ming of India, a market the NBA would want to expand into even further.

A player in the DC area of Indian and Sikh background could further the international audience of Wizard and make Ted Leonsis even more money.

Basketball Pros:

Bhullar adds some strength to the middle which faired well this season, but is aging and whether or not Marcin Gortat resigns makes more than a little difference for the front court.

Will it happen?

Maybe? The top pick at #46 would still have to be Thanasis Antetokounmpo, but the Wizards need to prepare for him going before. They have worked out a number of athletic wings, but none are really leaps ahead of anyone else and if they go undrafted could still be picked up in the Summer League. Using the draft as leverage for loclock iic king a player down needs to be utilized for a player like Bhullar.
