Former Washington Redskins wide receiver Gary Clark has been named the head coach of the Baltimore Charm of the Legend's Football League, a women's league featuring players in lingerie. Clark replaces Rick Reeder, who was released last week due to a violation of the league's conduct policy. This will be Gary Clark's first gig as a coach at any level.
Gary Clark was selected by the Redskins in the second round of the 1984 NFL Supplemental Draft after playing two seasons in the USFL. He burst on the scene during his rookie season with 72 receptions for 926 yards and scoring five touchdowns. He finished his career among the best in Redskins history and was inducted in the Redskins Ring of Honor in 2007.
Baltimore's starting quarterback happens to be Angela Rypien, the daughter of his former Redskins teammate Mark Rypien.
