REDSKINS 101

A lot of things have popped up over the last 24 hours; including a new RGIII commercial and news that two Redskins will start the season on the PUP list. Here's what you need to know.

Robert Griffin III is a marketing machine. And for good reason; he's likeable. This is his latest Adidas commercial:

• Great commercial, now get into camp! It was another no show for rookies Robert Griffin III and Josh LeRibeus, today. The quicker they arrive, the better. But until full camp is underway (the 26th), if they're not there, it's no big deal.
• Dez Bryant was arrested for assault, on his own mother. Word is, she's no saint, but anybody who puts hands on their own mother has issues, to say the least. We are still waiting for facts to come out; but for now, were stuck with his mother's 911 call; "He tried to kill me."
• According to a tweet from ESPN980 (@ESPNRadio980), both Chase Minnifield and Tristan Davis will start the year on the PUP list. Redskins' fans will be happy to know that Minnifield will be with the team until he's healthy and given a full shot. Still it would have been nice to see him receive time, day one.
