Two nights after they put forth an abysmal performance against the Boston Celtics, the Toronto Raptors bounced back and picked up right where they left off. Led by their defense and the play of Kyle Lowry, the Raptors defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 94-89 Friday night. The Raptors held the lead from start to finish on their way to their sixth straight home win and fourth win over their last five games. They move to 20-18 on the season and are a half game up on the Atlanta Hawks for third in the Eastern Conference. The Timberwolves fall to 18-21 with the loss and have lost three in a row.
