Only one day into training camp and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a man down. Not a good way to start things off.

Third-year wideout Arrelious Benn has suffered another knee injury and appears likely to miss four weeks, which is basically all of training camp. Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio reports that a league source says Benn suffered a sprained MCL today during practice.

This is a big blow to the Bucs and Benn, who was a second-round pick in 2010, because he is still seemingly trying to recover from an ACL tear at the end of his rookie season. Missing most or all of training camp will not help Benn has he attempts to grab the No. 3 receiver position behind Mike Williams and newly signed veteran Vincent Jackson.

Benn came back from his knee injury in '10 and started 14 games for Tampa Bay. He caught 30 passes for 441 yards and three touchdowns. During his rookie year, Benn started nine games and had 25 receptions for 395 yards and two scores before blowing out his knee in a game against Atlanta.

Here is to hoping Benn makes a quick recovery. If not, he may find himself buried deep on the depth chart when he returns to action.
