To football fans everyone, the season just got a little closing when the league unveiled their schedule for the 2012 year on Tuesday.

For fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it's now time to look ahead and see if this new regime can turn things around for this young team and get them back to playing respectable football.

The Bucs start their 2012 campaign off within the friendly confines of Raymond James Stadium against division rival Carolina and last year's Offensive Rookie of the Year – quarterback Cam Newton.

Then, the Bucs play three straight games against opponents from the NFC East; starting with a road contest against the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants.

After their bye week in Week 5, Tampa Bay has back-to-back home games against Kansas City and New Orleans before going on the road to play Minnesota on Thursday Night Football.

Later in the season, the Bucs travel to Denver to play quarterback Peyton Manning and the Broncos before hosting Mike Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Bucs end their season on the road against their hated rivals, the Atlanta Falcons.
