With OT Jared Gaither still on the sidelines in training camp, the Chargers have allowed un-drafted free agent OT Mike Harris to make a contribution on the team.

Harris spent his college years in UCLA, and was given a shot to continue playing by the Chargers front office.

Harris attributes his success and attention on the field to his work ethic, in an interview after day practice last week, Harris had this to say, "I'm more hard on myself than anybody, so if i know if I'm doing something wrong, or not using the proper techniques. I watch film, I study, I stay after practice".

Harris has been taking a majority of the first team snaps in Gaither's absence, and has certainly placed himself on the all of the coaches radar.

Harris boasts a huge 6-5 326 lbs. frame, and will provide some much needed depth and work ethic to the tackle position. Many fans have thought that it was the Bolts biggest concern heading into the season.

Another thing I love about Mike Harris is his attitude, though many un-drafted free agents have the same attitude towards getting a shot in the NFL, Harris to me just seems just a little more sincere about it than others. Combined with his work ethic, blooming talent, and the 'coachablity' that he possesses, Harris earns a spot on my roster every time.

Watch the video and try to not love the guys attitude and humbleness.
