It's been weeks since Philadelphia Eagles safety Earl Wolff has practiced due to a knee injury. Wolff practiced for the first time this week as the team prepared to head out on the road to take on the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

The Eagles have been battling injuries, some major ones, since the beginning of training camp. Four players went down with torn ACL's in training camp and the preseason. There have been pulled hamstrings and more this season for the Eagles.

Wolff suffered a knee injury during the Green Bay Packers game and hasn't seen the playing field or practice field since then. Wolff is listed as "doubtful" for Sunday's game against the Vikings and it will be his fourth game that he has missed since suffering his knee injury

Wolff was a limited participant in practice all week, but he showed progress each day. If he continues to progress, he could be back as soon as the Chicago Bears game next week.

  • LB Najee Goode (hamstring) — DOUBTFUL
  • CB Cary Williams (sore hamstring) — PROBABLE
  • CB Brandon Boykin (hip) — PROBABLE

There have not been any players officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings. However, Wolff and Goode will likely not dress for the game.  Williams only had a sore hamstring on Thursday and sat out some of practice because of it. Expect Williams and Boykin to be ready for action.
