It seems like the Philadelphia Eagles like to win in every possibly way. They've not only been winning games, but they have been winning awards a few times each month now. Nick Foles has won five awards this season with him winning NFC Offensive Player of the Month, NFC Offensive Player of the Week twice and FedEx Air Player of the Week twice. Punter Donnie Jones won the Special Teams Player of the Week just before the bye week. Now Jones has won the award again for his performance in the Arizona Cardinals game.

Jones punted eight times against the Cardinals and his longest was a 69-yarder. His longest punt of the season is 70 yards and that came just before the bye week when the Eagles played the Washington Redskins.

Seven of his eight punts landed inside the 20-yard line and that set a new team record. Putting his punts inside the 20-yard line seven times also tied for third place in NFL history.

So far this season, Jones has landed 29 of his punts inside the 20-yard line. If he lands three more punts there in the remaining games, which is highly likely at the rate he is putting them there, he will break Jeff Feagles' record of 31 which was set in 1993.

His longest punt of the season is 70 yards and that came just before the bye week when the Eagles played the Washington Redskins.

Jones has 45.3 yard gross punting average for his career and a 41.3 net punt average. His gross punting average is the third-highest in NFL history and he net punt average is the best in Eagles franchise history.
