As we all know, Twitter has taken off over the past couple of years, especially within the sports world. Philadelphia Eagles' running back LeSean McCoy used his Twitter account to let everybody know how he feels about New York Giants' defensive lineman Osi Umenyiora who is unhappy with the Giants and is looking to get out of New York.
McCoy called out Umenyiora in response to a tweet from ESPN's Adam Schefter that was talking about Umenyiora being unhappy in New York and making a case to leave the team.
"Overrated n soft 3rd best d-line on his team honestly," McCoy tweeted.
Of course, one of the great things about Twitter is the ability to instantly fire back, which Osi Umenyiora did, referring to LeSean McCoy as a "Chihuahua" and "Lady Gaga" as he did not appreciate McCoy's comments.
“She can say whatever he wants about it," Umenyiora responded via Twitter.
New York Giants' wide receiver Steve Smith also came to the defense of Umenyiora.
"The nerve of certain youngins running their mouth. Please don't forget," Smith tweeted.
Smith's tweet also included a picture of the New York Giants celebrating and holding up the Lombardi Trophy and a picture of an empty trophy case with the Philadelphia Eagles' logo in it.
If anything, this makes us want the lockout to end that much more. It is time to get back on the field and renew the rivalries that we have all grown to love. It looks like we as fans are not the only ones that are involved in the Eagles-Giants rivalry.

McCoy will never, ever be recognized as anything other than “Lady Gaga” again.
All this trash talking just makes me want some football though.
Agreed, Dan. Eagles/Giants is one of the better rivalries in football. Can’t wait to get things rolling.
