This was their first game played in the United States after playing two games over in Europe, in which they went 1-1.
76ers Taddeus Young lead the team with 20 points and five rebounds. Spencer Hawes had 17 points and seven rebounds and Evan Turner added 12 points and eight rebounds.
The 76ers started the game on fire shooting 70 percent from the field and had an 18-point lead at halftime.
The Boston Celtics tried to come back in the second half with Jared Sullinger scoring 19 points and eight rebounds, but they drop their third consecutive preseason game with first year head coach Brad Stevens.
On a side note, 76ers power forward Royce White made his debut for the team finishing the game with five points and three rebounds.
Although in the 10 minutes he was on the court, he did pick up four fouls.
White said after the game, "I was happy to be out there," White said. "I didn't think I played well. I'm still not making plays that are routine for me … but it's just a feel thing, getting a feel back."
Next for the 76ers is the Brooklyn Nets. They will play them on Monday night on October 14 for their fourth preseason game.
