Game Notes:

-The Orlando Magic vanquished their home state rival on Wednesday night 102-89. Tonight, they get to try to do the same to the team that ousted them in the first round of the NBA Playoffs last year. It's a surprise that both the Miami Heat and the Atlanta Hawks games were the first time the Magic had seen them this season and they are back to back games.

-The Atlanta Hawks are sitting at 17-9, which is good for 2nd in the Southeastern Conference and 5th in the Eastern Conference standings. The Magic are currently one game back of the Hawks at 16-10. They are third in the Southeastern Conference and 6th in the Eastern Conference Standings.

-The Hawks are without two players that killed the Magic in the playoffs last year: Jamal Crawford and Al Horford. Crawford left via free agency, and Horford is injured.

-Predictions: When the new schedule was re-released at the end of the NBA Lockout, the Orlando Magic should have circled this game as a must have. The Magic will be out for vengeance tonight when they tip off against the Atlanta Hawks. This team will be out to prove that last year's playoff loss was purely a fluke.
