NFL.com released their fantasy football rankings that have Denarius Moore listed as the 40th best wide receiver option. Darren McFadden was listed as the 19th best running back. Moore and McFadden will be huge parts of the Oakland offensive attack this coming season.
Moore had an inconsistent 2012 campaign. He showed tremendous potential scoring touchdowns in a six of nine game stretch last season, including three in a row. However, he was extremely quite too often, catching two or less passes in four games. He finished the season with 51 receptions for 741 yards and seven touchdowns. The Raiders and fantasy football owners need to see consistent effort and production week in and week out.
For 2013, Moore becomes the Raiders number one receiving option. It will be vital for he and quarterback Matt Flynn to develop chemistry in training camp. Moore has all the tools to become a standout wide receiver, but needs to match his skills with fine tuning the nuances of the position. He was targeted 115 times a year ago which was the most on the team. He will get the opportunity to make plays. He has the ability to stretch the field deep as well as find soft spots in the red zone.
