Bartolo Colon (11-10, 3.85) could be making his final start for the Mets, as he was placed on revocable waivers Saturday night. The veteran could be on the move as an attractive option to many contending teams in need of an arm. Lifetime, his numbers against LA are not good; he holds a 1-4 record with a 6.61 ERA in five career starts.

Kevin Correia (7-13, 4.87) goes for the Dodgers in search of his third consecutive win since joining the Dodgers earlier this month. Correia has faced the Mets 13 times in his career, seven times as a starter and holds a 2-5 record with a 4.01 ERA.

Pre-Game Notes

  • David Wright has had a brutal series, going just 1-for-9 with two strikeouts and hit into two inning-ending double plays on Saturday. The Met captain is now batting just .265 with eight homers and 56 RBI on the season.
  • After an 0-for-4 night on Friday, Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez had a monster night on Saturday, driving in five runs in a 2-for-3 effort, including his eighteenth homer of the season.
