The New York Mets (60-69) will look to even up their series with the Los Angeles Dodgers (73-57) Saturday evening at Dodger Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 9:10 PM EDT. Jacob deGrom returns to the hill for the first time in over two weeks, opposite LA's Zack Grienke, in what figures to be a real pitchers duel.

Jacob deGrom (6-5, 2.87), out since August 7 with rotator cuff tendonitis will look to continue what has been an excellent rookie season. He's riding a streak of six consecutive quality starts and has faced the Dodgers once in his short career, picking up the loss in a six-inning effort in which the Dodgers belted three solo homers off deGrom en route to a 4-3 win.
Zack Greinke (12-8, 2.75) also has had arm issues of late, as he deals with elbow tenderness of his own. Originally scheduled to start on Thursday, Greinke has enjoyed some success against the Mets, holding a 1-1 record with a 2.84 ERA in three career starts.
- Former Met Justin Turner is putting together an excellent season, batting .318 with 4 homers and 29 RBI through 223 at-bats.
- Across the board, Yasiel Puig is still leading the Dodgers offense, batting a team high (amongst qualified battters) .307 while ranking third on the team in homers (13) and second in RBI (59).
