Mets 101 Game Preview: Atlanta Braves at New York Mets

The New York Mets (42-49) go for the four-game sweep against the Atlanta Braves (49-42) Thursday night at Citi Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 PM. The Mets have evened up their season series with the NL East rival Braves by taking the first three games of the set with dominant pitching and a surprisingly potent offense, outscoring the Braves 16-7.

Bartolo Colon (8-7, 4.04) starts for the Mets, looking to break a personal two-game losing streak. He's had success against the Braves this season, going 1-1 in two starts allowing just three runs in fourteen innings of work.

Aaron Harang (8-6, 3.67) is riding a three-game win streak and will look to continue his recent success against this former team. Lifetime, Harang is 5-5 with a 4.62 ERA against the Amazins and is also 1-1 against them this year, allowing just one run in 13 innings of work.
