Mets 101 Game Preview: Milwaukee Brewers at New York Mets

The New York Mets (29-36) take on the Milwaukee Brewers (39-27) in the rubber game of their three-game series Thursday night at Citi Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 PM. The Mets took the series opener 6-2 but dropped last night's game 3-1 and now have just one win in their last five games.

Mets Starting Lineup

Jonathon Niese (3-3, 2.68) gets the ball for the Mets, looking for his first win since May 22. Niese has piled up the no-decisons along the way, but has pitched well and helped the Mets to a 2-1 record in his last three starts.

Kyle Lohse (7-2, 3.27) starts for Milwaukee, coming off a rare loss in which he was pounded for eight runs in five innings June 6 in Pittsburgh. Lifetime, Lohse is 2-4 in ten starts against the Mets with a 5.40 ERA.
