Mets 101 Game Preview: Miami Marlins at New York Mets (Game 2)

The New York Mets (65-82) and Miami Marlins (55-92) will play game two of their doubleheader Saturday evening at Citi Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:45 PM.

  5. 3B Wilmer Flores

Daisuke Matsuzaka (0-3, 8.00) will head to the mound for the Mets, looking for his first victory since joining New York on August 23. Dice-K has not won a game since August 27, while with Boston.

Jacob Turner (3-6, 3.43) starts for the Marlins in the nightcap and is also in the midst of a win drought. Turner hasn't been credited with a "W" since July 10 and is 0-5 over his last ten starts. Against the Mets this season, Turner is 1-0 with a 2.02 ERA in two starts.
