Player/Coach Quotes:

Eli Manning:

“I think we kind of know what has to happen, but if we don’t handle our business, we’re not going to have a shot anyways,” Manning said. “All we can do is worry about this next game and going out there and trying to get a win. After that, we’ll see what the scenario looks like next week.”

Damontre Moore:

"To realize how close I was to getting a sack, it made me a little more hungry,” Moore said. “But it’s fine not getting a sack. I’m fine getting the pressure, getting back there and getting a hand in the face. If you get an incomplete pass it’s just as good for me.”

Antrel Rolle:

"Despite their record, I think they have a lot of weapons, guys in the backfield, tight ends, receivers. Obviously, Philip Rivers and his mechanics as a quarterback. I think he has a very good and fast release. I think he’s very quick with his decision making," Rolle said.

New York Giants – Ryan Nassib, Corey Webster, Jason Pierre-Paul, Brandon Jacobs, Adrien Robinson, Stephen Goodin and Allen Bradford.

San Diego Chargers – Brandon Taylor, Steve Schilling, Kenny Wiggins, Brad Sorensen, Lavelle Hawkins, Kwane Geathers and Crezdon Butler.

Starting to look like Jim was right that they should have just IR’d Robinson. A lost season for him?

    • Mike Force says:

Jim who? Stoll? He reminds me of my Great Uncle Matt. Complained incessantly about his health. Every day for 30 years carping about how sick he was. I was there at his side on his deathbed. His last words were, “See, I told you I was sick!”

  2. Krow says:

Keeping my eye on Brewer this game. He’s a player who could help solve that OL riddle if he can nail down a spot.

  3. Krow says:

Seems apparent that Webster’s time in Blue is over. CB rises on the draft/free agent radar.

  4. Mike Force says:

Eagles absolutely stomped Lions in the 4th q.

  5. Mike Force says:

Kelly figured out how to play in 8″ of snow—same as no snow. 200 + yards for McCoy on the ground. Whew.

  6. Mike Force says:

Kid named Ross on Lions returned both a kickoff and a punt for TDs, total 234 yds on returns. Srill got stomped.

  7. Krow says:

I do enjoy how the Chargers are still fueled by jealousy over our two Superbowls. They can’t win the Manning/Rivers debate because it eventually comes down to the fact that Eli won the big one … twice … and all they got was hard cheese. Priceless.

  8. Mike Force says:

There have been some absolutely unbelievable endings to games today, unbelievable.

  9. BleedingBlueSince04 says:

    Well let’s go!

  10. Krow says:

Poor tackling and a penalty after a 3 and out.
