In addition to Corey Webster, who suffered a broken hand in Thursday nights 36-7 beatdown of the Carolina Panthers, the New York Giants saw rookie cornerback Jayron Hosley go down with a dreaded hamstring injury. Luckily, however, Hosley insists the injury is no big deal and expects to play against the Philadelphia Eagles next Sunday.

"It’s feeling good, a little sore. I’ll be good," Hosley said. "I had an ultrasound showing nothing, so that’s a good thing."
With Michael Coe also dealing with a hamstring injury and Prince Amukamara having just returned from his high ankle sprain, Big Blue is in no position to lose anymore bodies at cornerback. In fact, as it stands now, Justin Tryon is the only remaining cornerback who's not either currently injured or returning from injury.
Prior to the start of the season, the Giants also lost Brian Witherspoon to a second consecutive torn ACL, and were forced to, again, place Terrell Thomas on Injured Reserve (IR) after he suffered his third ACL-related injury.
Given the amount of injuries at the position, and the current lack of healthy bodies, it would come as no real surprise if the Giants were to workout several cornerbacks this coming Tuesday.

Damn. Coe said his was no big deal too, as did Thomas.
You can never trust an athlete’s assessment of the severity of an injury to himself
Was Bolden picked up by anyone?
He had workout somewhere last week (I forget where), but not signed as of yet.
He might be our best option from the CB FA scrap heap. I’d love if we could sign him to bolster our secondary.
