The New England Patriots continue to address their defensive needs on the second night of the NFL Draft. After taking defensive end Chandler Jones from Syracuse and linebacker Dont'a Hightower from Alabama in the first round, the Patriots selected safety Tavon Wilson out of Illinois with the 16th pick of the second round, 48th overall. The Patriots only have one more pick remaining in the draft, barring any trades they could make: the 30th of the second round.
