The 18-year-old Dylan Kwasniewski already has experienced plenty of success in stock car racing and now will get the opportunity to drive the No. 31 Chevrolet Camaro for Turner Scott Motorsports in the full 2014 NASCAR Nationwide Series slate of races. Rockstar Energy Drink will be the primary sponsor on the car.

The Las Vegas native won six of the 14 races in the East Series last season and has five career wins in 28 career West Series starts.

"I'm thankful for Harry Scott and Steve Turner for giving me this opportunity, as well as Rockstar for moving up with us," Kwasniewski said. "The test session earlier this month at Daytona taught us a lot and it's good to enter Daytona with a level of confidence. … Racing in the Nationwide Series is going to present a lot of challenges and it won't be easy, but I look forward to taking it all on, learning from the other competitors and hopefully winning some races."

Kwasniewski tested the No. 31 car at Preseason Thunder testing at Daytona earlier in January and did a good job. With the help of Rockstar, which has sponsored Kwasniewski since 2009, the full time deal was able to be put together.

"Dylan is a great kid and has unbelievable talent," team co-owner Harry Scott Jr. said. "Steve and I are thrilled that he is taking the next step in his career with us here at TSM. The sky is the limit for Dylan and this Rockstar team. He showed us what he's capable of last year and while he's making a big step, we know Dylan can achieve great things this year."

Pat Tyrson has been named crew chief for the effort.

Also in 2013 Kwasniewski made his ARCA Racing Series debut in the season finale at Kansas driving for Venturini Motorsports. He qualified on the pole and finished fourth. He will run the season opening ARCA race at Daytona for Turner Scott Motorsports on February 15th one week before he will race at Daytona in his Nationwide Series debut on February 22nd.
