With UFC 173 less than a day away the fighters stepped on the scale to weigh in. UFC 173 will be held in the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Nevada and will feature a title fight between bantamweight champion, Renan Barao and Team Alpha Male hopeful, TJ Dillashaw. The co-main event is a light heavyweight eliminator bout between former Pride and Strikeforce light heavyweight champion, Dan Henderson and former Strikeforce heavyweight champion, Daniel Cormier. Also on the card is a fight between two top 10 welterweights in Robbie Lawler and Jake Ellenberger, a barn burner of a fight in Francisco Rivera and Takeya Mizugaki and a lightweight bout between Jamie Varner and James Krause. The undercard will be shown on Fox Sports 1 at 8pm ET and the main card starts at 10pm ET on pay per view.
Dan Henderson (199) vs. Daniel Cormier (205)
Robbie Lawler (171) vs. Jake Ellenberger (171)
Takeya Mizugaki (135) vs. Francisco Rivera (135)
Jamie Varner (155) vs. James Krause (1556)
Michael Chiesa (156) vs. Francisco Trinaldo (155)
Tony Ferguson (155) vs. Katsunori Kikuno (155)
Chris Holdsworth (135) vs. Chico Camus (135)

Anthony Njokuani (155) vs. Vinc Pichel (155)
Sam Sicilia (146) vs. Aaron Phillips (145)
David Michaud (171) vs. Li JingLiang (170)
This is one UFC event that is stacked from top to bottom. Though UFC fans have not been quick to follow the lighter divisions, bantamweight especially, the bout between TJ Dillashaw and Renan Barao is a worthy main event. With Renan Barao in the running for #1 pound for pound most skilled fighters it is nearly impossible for him to put on a fight anything less than entertaining.
