ProElite will makes it's return to television on November 5th, when their second event will be broadcast live on HDNet. Broadcasting events on both CBS and Showtime during the companies first iteration, new parent company of ProElite, Stratus Media Group, made this deal with the intention of bringing ProElite back to a national audience.
President and CEO of Stratus Media Group, Paul Feller, was confident that the deal would benefit both sponsors, and fans.

This strategic partnership offers new opportunities for corporate sponsors and advertisers looking to reach this passionate and rapidly growing audience of ProElite fans."
The company's second event, and first on HDNet, will feature a co-main event of Tim Sylvia vs. Andreas Kraniotakes and Andrei Arlovski vs. Travis Fulton. Originally scheduled to face Sylvia, Pedro Rizzo was forced to withdraw, after partially tearing his left triceps tendon during training. Also rumored for the event, brother of UFC veteran B.J. Penn, Reagan Penn, as well as 20-2 Tara LaRosa.
