The Kings had a rough night against Arizona.
It seems the LA Kings were still on their bye week. Unable to shake the rink rust of being away from home for two weeks the Kings were beaten by the Arizona Coyotes 5-3. Despite dominating possession of the puck, shots on goal, and hits, the Kings’ sloppy play was their undoing.
In the 1st period down a man the Kings gave up a goal when the Coyotes Brendan Perlini fanned on his first shot then scored on a second shot beating Peter Budaj high.
