Los Angeles Kings Recall Several Players

With defenseman Robyn Regehr and Willie Mitchell out due to undisclosed injuries the Kings have recalled several players. Mitchell and Regehr have not been skating or practicing with the team. #55 Jeff Schultz had been recalled earlier in the series and has been playing phenomenally for the Kings.

The recalls come after the AHL’s Manchester Monarchs season comes to an end. Right when the season ended, on Sunday May 4 a group of six players were recalled to the Kings. On Wednesday May 7, after their exit meetings were finished in Manchester the group of six players was joined by seven more. The “Black Aces” have been promoted to the NHL.

Second Group Recalled:

#64 Andy Andreoff
#65 Patrik Bartosak (goaltender)

#61 Colin Miller
#42 Scott Sabourin
#37 Nick Shore
#60 Jordan Weal
