The Grand Rapids Griffins have called up goaltender Petr Mrazek from the ECHL's Toledo Walleye.

Mrazek, a fifth-round draft pick of the Detroit Red Wings in the 2010 NHL Draft, posted a 2-1 record with a 2.02 GAA and a .944 save percentage with the Walleye. He will make his AHL debut this weekend during the Griffins' three game road trip to Texas.

To make room for Mrazek, goaltender Jordan Pearce was assigned to Toledo. Pearce has posted an 0-3 record with a 4.38 GAA and a .847 save percentage in three games with the Griffins.
