Voting for All-Star Game starters ends on July 3, and some key Colorado Rockies need your help. These guys all belong in Minnesota for the festivities, but some might not make it. Here are the contenders:

Troy TulowitzkiTroy is easily in line to start the All-Star game in a couple weeks, the fourth ASG in his career. Troy is hammering the ball and playing top flight defense as usual and would be in line for his first MVP award if not for the Rockies poor record. We will see Tulo in the Twin Cities on July 14 when he captains the NL Home Run Derby team and on the 15th when he starts at shortstop for the NL.

Charlie BlackmonCharlie should get into the ASG based on the strength of his beard alone. But if the beard isn't sweet enough for voters (impossible), the season he's had should get him into Target Field. With a batting average of .297, 12 HR and 46 RBI, Blackmon's numbers are All-Star caliber, but when you remember that he's putting up those numbers hitting leadoff, he's a no-doubter. The most current voting results have Charlie at sixth, but he's got to get to Minnesota.

Nolan Arenado Yes, Nolan has missed the second half of the first half, but there has to be room in the ASG for the best player at his position. There's no other player who can hold a candle to his defense at third in the NL, and he's hitting .305 with 6 HR and 28 RBI in just 190 at bats, he solid with the lumber as well. Despite missing over a month of the season, Nolan is sitting in fifth place in the voting and isn't all that far behind leader Aramis Ramirez.

Justin MorneauJustin is the guy who needs the most help on this list. Despite posting an average of .307, 13 HR and 58 RBI, Morneau isn't even in the top five of first base voting. Are you kidding. The second leading RBI man in the league can't crack the top five? This could be attributed to the media's Coors Field snobbery, but there is a reason to believe. It would be a downright scandal if Morneau isn't voted in by the players. He will get to go back home to Minnesota for his fifth All-Star Game.

Vote Rockies. Vote Tulo, Chuck, Nolan and Justin.
