Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine and rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel haven't made friends around the NFL with their recent comments, the Beacon Journal reported.

Rex Ryan and Bill Belichick, the respective head coaches of the New York Jets and New England Patriots, didn't like Pettine saying that Ryan gave away copies of his playbook "like candy" and that "in places like New England, it's only a matter of time that they somehow mysteriously end up with our playbook."

Ryan said Pettine's comments were "disrespectful" to the Patriots, and Belichick told reporters to "Go talk to Mike Pettine" about the comments.

Manziel drew the ire of former Browns quarterback Brady Quinn, who criticized Manziel's video of him talking into a stack of money as if it were a phone.

"There's a little kid watching that, and now he's looking up to him as a role model," Quinn said. "And for me, personally, I have a little bit of an issue with it."
