BREAKING NEWS: It has just been announced that relief pitcher Chris Rusin will be optioned back to AAA in order to make room on the roster for Neil Ramirez, who is returning from the 15-day disabled list.

Also, Jacob Turner, who was acquired from the Miami Marlins earlier in the week for two minor leaguers, will join the Chicago Cubs as well. It has been speculated that Turner will most likely contribute out of the bullpen for the Cubs. His addition means that the team's roster is at 26, meaning one more pitcher will be demoted before today's game.
