The Chicago Bears' preparations for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins were in full swing for practice Thursday. The Bears had near-full participation in the practice at the Walter Payton Center according to an ESPN Chicago blog. Cornerback Charles Tillman, WR Martellus Bennett and DE Julius Peppers all returned to practice after being held from activities on Wednesday this week. Tillman and Bennett are both taking it easy and recovering from knee injuries, but neither of the players suffered season-ending injuries.

Peppers was held out of practice Wednesday due to coach Trestman's decision to give him rest for one of the four practices being held this week. Linebacker D.J. Williams was the only player officially not practicing Thursday, however, due to a season-ending tear in his pectoral muscle.

The Bears will play the Redskins in Washington this Sunday at 1:00 pm Eastern time. The Bears are currently sitting at 2nd place in the NFC North with a record of 4-2, while the 'Skins are 1-4 for this season so far.
