You know how you know it's Week 15? Look at the lists.
Both teams have a number of guys listed on the injury report, which is the norm for this time of the year. For the Chicago Bears, it was thought that the leader of their offense, Jay Cutler, would possibly miss the game, but he'll be in today vs. the division rival. Other Bears, however, won't be in the lineup.
Last week, both Brian Urlacher and Tim Jennings weren't able to go, and the same will be the case in today's contest. Nick Roach will continue playing middle linebacker and Geno Hayes will play in Roach's spot, if he in fact plays as he also appears on the injury report.
Henry Melton makes an appearance this week, and if he can't go it will be a huge loss for the defensive line. He's been a force on the interior of the line, putting pressure on the quarterback and making plays in run coverage. In fact, four defensive lineman appear on the injury report so it will be interesting to see who in fact will play.
As for the Packers, Clay Matthews will make his return to the field, which is just what J'Marcus Webb wants to hear. For those that can't tell, we're just kidding as Matthews made Webb look silly the last time the two faced off.
Charles Woodson was declared out earlier this week, as was wide receiver Jordy Nelson. In all, both teams have a lot to overcome, but look for the Green Bay Packers to take the game and the NFC North title (unofficially) in today's game.
