Buffalo Sabres Affiliate Rochester Americans Set to Play One Game in Buffalo

The Rochester Americans, the AHL affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres, have announced their regular season schedule, which includes a game in Buffalo.

For the third consecutive year, the Americans will play a home game at First Niagara Center. The Amerks will play the Hamilton Bulldogs on Wednesday, October 29 at 7:05 p.m.

The Amerks are looking to make their second-straight appearance in the AHL playoffs this coming season, and with the Sabres making various moves to bring in more prospects, the game in Buffalo will be an easy way for Sabres fans to see some future NHL players without the drive down the thruway.

Ticket information for the upcoming season has not yet been released, but will be available in the upcoming weeks.
