The fifth annual Hockey Night in St. Catharines takes place at 7 p.m. Aug. 14 in the Jack Gatecliff Arena. The game raises funds for United Way of St. Catharines and District, as well as the Parkinson's disease rehab program at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehab Centre.

Rick Vaive will captain a team that also features Michael Peca, Rob Ray, Matthew Barnaby and Andrew Peters. Teams were picked in fantasy draft format, with Eric Lindros headlining the opposing team's roster.

The game has raised more than $500,000 (Canadian) over its first four years. Tickets cost $10. St. Catharines is about a 35-minute drive northwest of Buffalo.
