Forton comes over from Harvard, where he spent two seasons. He went to school at the University at Buffalo – where he played soccer – and has also worked at Niagara University and UMass-Lowell.

The team previously hired former Colorado Avalanche coach Joe Sacco to join incumbent assistant Teppo Numminen on Rolston's staff.
