Buffalo Sabres fans who want to get tickets when they go on sale this morning will have plenty of competition.
The team said about 18,000 tickets remain for the entire season. Already sold out are the Jan. 20 against Philadelphia, Feb. 17 game against Pittsburgh, March 12 game against the Rangers and March 30 game against Washington.
Single or dual seats only are left in the 100 and 200 sections for the other 20 games. Most of the tickets left are in the 300 section.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. The Sabres will host an open practice from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at First Niagara Center. Monday night's scrimmage drew 10,175 people.
