The practices are as follows:

- Wed., Aug 13: 3-5 p.m.
- Thurs., Aug 14: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

The joint practices will take place at Saint Vincent College.

“We are looking for certain things, and things that coach Tomlin and the Pittsburgh Steelers bring to the table that would help us,” said Bills head coach Doug Marrone. “I think there are things we can do that help them prepare for the season.”

The Bills will have already played two preseason games, but some players feel that the joint practices will bring an added sense of competition to the teams.

“I already know it’ll raise the level of play,” said linebacker Brandon Spikes, who was a part of shared practices between the Patriots and Eagles in 2013. “It’s going to be very, very competitive and I embrace those types of deals. We’ll take advantage of the opportunity and get to see a good offense and good defense – they’ll give us a good look so we can get better.”

After the preseason tilt with Pittsburgh, the Bills will return to Orchard Park to close out their preseason schedule with a couple of home games at the newly renovated Ralph Wilson Stadium.
