Buffalo Bills free agent linebacker Arthur Moats is set to visit the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to Pro Football Talk.

The 26-year-old is best known for knocking Brett Favre out of his final NFL game, when he was with the Minnesota Vikings. Moats was drafted out of James Madison in 2010. Over his first four pro seasons, he has 141 career tackles with five sacks. Last season, he had 54 tackles in 16 games.

With the Bills' addition of Brandon Spikes and switch to a more pure 4-3 defense, Moats would seem to have a diminished role should he return to Buffalo in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.475 million deal in 2013. He was the team's Walter Payton Man of the Year last season for his charitable work.

Also on defense this offseason, the Bills have lost safety Jairus Byrd. He signed with the New Orleans Saints.
