Dixon was drafted by Pittsburgh in 2008. He made three starts and four appearances over four seasons, going 35-of-59 for 402 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. He was cut prior to this season and was part of the Eagles' preseason roster this year before getting cut prior to the season opener.
Dixon is set to meet with team officials today, while White tried out Saturday. White was drafted by Miami in 2009 for sat out of football from 2010-12. He never played a regular-season down but went 7-of-14 for 96 yards against the Bills this past preseason while trying out with Washington.
Manuel will miss at least a few weeks with an LCL sprain. The Bills have Jeff Tuel on the active roster and Thad Lewis on the practice squad entering practice Monday.
There is no word on if the Bills have tried reaching out to Josh Freeman.
