The Buffalo Bills will be looking for a quarterback.
Quarterback Kevin Kolb’s concussion-like symptoms, suffered in Saturday’s loss to the Washington Redskins, leaves rookie Jeff Tuel as the only healthy quarterback on the Bills’ roster. Kolb’s injury comes after the Bills lost rookie quarterback EJ Manuel to a knee injury.
Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports the Bills will work out quarterbacks Matt Leinart and John Beck.
In April, Leinart tried out for the Seattle Seahawks, but loss the competition to Brady Quinn. Beck, meanwhile, attended the New Orleans Saints rookie camp, but hasn’t thrown a regular season pass since 2011.
Various media reports indicate Leinart will work out for the Bills Sunday. It is not known at this time when Beck will work out.
