With the Buffalo Bills’ mandatory minicamp ended, players have six weeks to themselves before they have to report to training camp.

However, the players know they still have work hard during their time off.

"This is not vacation time," Mario Williams recently told The Buffalo News. "You can take a trip or whatever. That's fine. But this six weeks that everybody has is not just go home and eat Doritos."

Bills’ head coach Doug Marrone met with the team before players left and told players to enjoy their time off. But, he also told them to make sure they were ready to go when they come back in July.

"A lot of the times," Marrone told the News, "you get up there and say, 'Make sure you do this. Make sure you do that.' But if you've been preaching all along, which we have, for our players to be professionals, you want to make sure they take this time because it is really a long period of time now, and enjoy themselves and relax.

“The reason why is because we're accountable to each other. Don't think that the last part of what I just said is a contradiction to the first part. I mean that. Come back here ready to go."
