The Boston Bruins are in a tight spot financially. They have to resign Tuukka Rask and there are reports of an 8-year extension for Patrice Bergeron. With so little room against the salary cap, the Bruins are going to have to move some players. Today there are reports that Tyler Seguin could be the one of the move.
Seguin had a disappointing season. He scored 16 goals and 32 points during the regular and then really disappointed in the playoffs, scoring just once and finishing with eight points. For a guy who makes $5.75 million a year, that's not enough.
Bruins are really active right now. Tyler Seguin is one of the players that could be traded. Lightning is one of many teams in the mix.

He is still a young player at 21-years old, but the Bruins expected more out Seguin. He can still develop into a superstar but he hasn't showed that he can consistently. The future is still bright for him.
The Bruins are reportedly asking a high price for Seguin, according to CSNNE.com's Joe Haggerty. The Bruins would most likely receive an "All-Star level roster player" along with a top-10 pick in Sunday's draft. With this year's draft loaded at the top, that pick would certainly return a player who could step in right away.
