It's time once again for Wildcard Wednesday and the Baltimore Ravens continue to hold the sixth and final AFC Wildcard spot, and week 15 brought the race realistically down to three teams.

Wins by Baltimore, Miami and San Diego keeps all three of those teams in the hunt for the final wildcard spot, while the Pittsburgh Steelers are the only other team mathematically still in it, but would need a lot of things to go right being down two games with two games remaining.

Baltimore remains in control of the final playoff spot as they own the tiebreaker over the Dolphins, and if the Ravens win out, they will actually win the AFC North by virtue of holding the tiebreaker over the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Ravens brought home the victory on Monday Night Football courtesy of six field goals from Justin Tucker, including a game winning 61 yarder with under a minute left in the game to give Baltimore a 18-16 victory over the Detroit Lions. Joe Flacco did not light up the scoreboard, but he did what Matthew Stafford could not do, Flacco did not turn the ball over and did convert a third and long in their own territory to keep the game winning drive going.

Miami may have shocked the NFL world a little bit as they took down the New England Patriots to keep their own playoff hopes alive, and are still mathematically alive in the AFC East race. The two teams entered the fourth quarter tied at ten, but Miami outscored the Patriots 14-10 in the fourth quarter to pull off a 24-20 victory in sunny Florida.

The only surprise bigger than the Dolphins win (outside of the Rams destroying the Saints) came courtesy of the Chargers as they marched into Denver and took down the Broncos on Thursday Night Football. San Diego kept their playoff hopes alive courtesy of a good defensive performance by San Diego as they posted two shutout quarters and held the potent Broncos offense to just 20 points. San Diego won the game 27-20 and sit a game back of the Ravens and Dolphins.

Of the three teams realistically in the hunt, Baltimore by far has the toughest game in week 16 as they host the Patriots who are coming off a loss to the Dolphins. Miami will take on the Bills, while the Chargers host the Raiders.
