Despite blizzard like conditions for most of the game, the snow ended up being just a secondary story as the Baltimore Ravens and Minnesota Vikings combined for five touchdowns over the final two minutes and five seconds of the game for one of the wildest finishes you will ever see.

Joe Flacco hit Marlon Brown in the back of the endzone for a nine yard, game winning touchdown with just four seconds remaining to cap off the flurry of touchdowns over the closing minutes to give the Ravens a 29-26 victory.

How crazy and exciting was it? Here is a quick snapshot of the final 2:05.

  • Dennis Pitta reeled in a one yard touchdown pass from Flacco with 2:05 remaining that temporarily gave the Ravens a 15-12 lead.
  • Toby Gerhart broke off a 41 yard touchdown run to with 1:27 left in the game to give the Vikings a 19-15 lead.
  • Jacoby Jones did what he does best, as he returned the ensuing kickoff 77 yards for the touchdown and a 22-19 Ravens lead with 1:16 remaining.
  • With Baltimore fans ecstatic over the events, they quickly sat back down with a look of awe on their face as Matt Cassel hit Cordarrelle Patterson on a slant that Patterson broke into a 79 yard catch and run for a touchdown with just 45 seconds left in the game
  • Lastly came the nine yard touchdown pass by Flacco to Brown with four seconds remaining to cap off the festivities.

It was one of the most exciting finishes to a football that you have ever seen, and oh not to mention the fact that it was snowing hard with multiple inches of accumulation on the field as well. The two teams had combined for just 13 points in the first three quarters, but threw up 42 points in the fourth.

Baltimore's final drive of the game was an impressive five play, 80 yards drive that took just 41 seconds, and ultimately could have saves the season for the Ravens.

With such an exciting and emotional game from a fan's point of view, we thought it would be a great idea to capture some of the Ravens' fans responses to the end of the game via our Twitter feed.

"Craziest game I have ever seen in my entire life" @RavensEliteCam1

"Fear, anger, jubilation, tears, joy" @ShirlWMd

"Great way to finish a game! Tru champs never know when they are beaten." @richie_arn247

"A freaking heart attack!!" @ruggerwife

Those are just some examples of the responses we received on the game. We would like to thank all of those followers who gave us your reactions to the game.

With the win, the Ravens remain as the sixth seed in the AFC, still in a tie with the Miami Dolphins, who also won yesterday and both sit at 7-6 on the year, but Baltimore holds the head-to-head tiebreaker.

Yesterday certainly provided wonderful entertainment for a day when most people around the area could not leave their homes, and not the final three game stretch is upon the Ravens with the first of three tough games coming a week from tonight when they travel to Detroit to take on the Lions on Monday Night Football.
