The Baltimore Ravens may be as healthy as we have seen them in the first week of December in quite some time, as only two players missed practice on Wednesday. Elvis Dumervil and Brynden Trawick did not practice, while five others were limited.

In what was a tough game on the field and on the body Thanksgiving Night where several players came out with bumps and bruises, and the most notable is that of Dumervil and Jimmy Smith.

Dumervil did not practice yesterday due to the ankle injury he suffered against the Steelers, but he was able to come back into the game and finish it. Despite missing practice, Dumervil's status for Sunday is still considered pretty good as his injury is not considered serious.

“He got through the game and he got back in and played,” Head Coach John Harbaugh said during his Monday press conference. “He looks OK. We’re going to have to nurse some things, just like we do with a lot of different guys.”

Smith was part of the brutal collision with Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell and looked a bit woozy afterwards, but he has passed the NFL's concussion protocol and was limited at practice Wednesday. Harbaugh seemed to think that is a good thing for the Ravens:

“Jimmy is becoming one of the top corners in the National Football League by the way he’s playing,” Harbaugh told reporters Wednesday.

Brandon Stokley also emerged as a limited participant yesterday after suffering a knee injury against the Steelers and did not return to the game, but the fact he was back on the practice field is a promising sign that he will be available on Sunday.

Overall the Ravens are pretty darn healthy and Harbaugh stated yesterday that he is "hopeful" that Dennis Pitta could be active on Sunday, but they are going to see how practice this week goes. Baltimore has until 4pm Saturday to choose whether or not to activate him for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
