Desperately needing a win, the Baltimore Ravens found a way to rebound in overtime after the Cincinnati Bengals tied the game on a hail mary as time expired in regulation. Heading into essentially another must win game this Sunday, the Ravens are getting healthier and healthier.
Only three players did not participate in practice yesterday as DT Haloti Ngata, LB Daryl Smith and CB Lardarius Webb were absent from the field yesterday.
Smith and Ngata left the field at different times Sunday against the Bengals due to injuries, and Ngata was able to return to finish the game. Neither players' injuries are considered to be long term concerns and all three players are likely just getting some rest to heal up a little bit for Sunday.
“We didn’t have anything that looks to be major injury-wise,” Head Coach John Harbaugh said Monday during his press conference.
Although we do not have an update on the status of TE Dennis Pitta, each day that passes brings him one day closer to returning and we are hearing a return could come as early as Thanksgiving against the Steelers, but no timetable has been given nor confirmed by team officials.
Ravens Injury Report:
- Did not Participate – DT Haloti Ngata (knee), LB Daryl Smith (thigh), CB Lardarius Webb (groin).
- Limited Participant – S James Ihedigbo (toe), CB Jimmy Smith (groin).
- Full Participant – RB Bernard Pierce (toe/knee), WR Brandon Stokley (groin).
