One of the most versatile players in the 2013 NFL Draft is Baltimore Ravens fourth round draft pick Kyle Juszczyk. A multi-tool player, Juszczyk will bring a multitude of options for this Ravens offense and he was kind enough to sit down with Ravens101 for an interview.

First let's talk a little bit about Juszczyk shall we. As I mentioned before, he was the fourth round pick (130th overall) for the Ravens and he came out of Harvard. At 6'1'', 248 pounds, Kyle is somewhat of a duel threat fullback as he was more of an H-Back in college, but worked out as a fullback during his pro day. He is a decent blocker, but is as versatile as can be for a full back in the passing game as he led Harvard in receptions his senior year as he reeled in 52 grabs for 706 yards and eight touchdowns.

Juszczyk will undoubtedly be a huge weapon for this Ravens offense, as we saw last year, Offensive Coordinator Jim Caldwell is not afraid to throw the ball to his fullback, and when you have someone as talented as Kyle is at catching the football, that will be a dangerous combination for Ravens' opponents this season.

Now let's get to the interview:

Ravens101: First let me just thank you for taking the time to do this for us, I know our readers are going to enjoy this. First one for you, how does it feel to be a Baltimore Raven?

I couldn't be happier to be a Baltimore Raven. Feels great to be in an organization with great coaches and surrounded by great teammates.

Ravens101: We are happy to have you here, that's for sure! What does your versatility as a fullback/H-Back bring to the Ravens offense and Joe Flacco?

I think it adds another weapon to an already potent offense. I'm excited to be used in a variety of ways and to be a guy that Joe can trust.

Ravens101: What sort of things did you learn playing football at Harvard that you can use and bring with you to Charm City?

Always respect your opponent. This will be important in Baltimore because every team is going to bring their best against the defending Super Bowl Champs.

Ravens101: No doubt about it! Were the Ravens on your radar heading into the draft? Or were you surprised when you got the phone call?

I felt the Ravens were one of my top teams after my pre-draft visit. I got along well with the coaches and they seemed very interested in me.

Ravens101: Just a couple more for you. After this past weekend's rookie mini-camp, what have you gathered that you need to work on before training camp starts this summer?

Learning the patience of a running back. Knowing that I have time to make decisions in the backfield differently than when I was at tight end.

Ravens101: Last one for you, what will be or was the first thing you bought with your first NFL paycheck?

The best bed money can buy! Haha

Ravens101: Haha, I love it! I just want to thank you again for taking the time to do this for us, we really appreciate it! Good luck this season and once again, welcome to Ravens Nation!

No problem, and thank you very much!

Ravens101 would like to thank Kyle Juszczyk for taking the time to do an interview with us, and we can't wait to see him at M&T Bank Stadium!
