Rumor: Bantamweight Cole Smith Signs with UFC

Rumors are running rampant that the pride of Squamish, British Columbia, Cole Smith has signed with the UFC. The bantamweight is 6-0 as a professional and was the Battlefield Fight League bantamweight champion. Smith (6-0) trains out of The Sound Martial Arts in Squamish, as well as Team Quest in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The 30-year-old turned pro after a decorated amateur career in 2016.
